Med4Sups (hereinafter, «the controller») is the controller of the data collected through this site. Contact: hola@med4sups.com.
What data is collected and why
Scientific literature review survey: the answers to the 10 questions are collected anonymously — no email, no IP address, no session identifier or browser fingerprint — and are used solely to produce an industry report that will be published in aggregated, anonymous form.
Report subscription (optional): if you choose to leave your email address to receive the report, it is stored in a separate database with no key linking it to your answers, and is used solely to send you the report. It is never shared with third parties.
Contact form: the email and message you send are used exclusively to reply to you.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the survey or the relevant form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to hola@med4sups.com.
Retention
Anonymous survey answers are kept until the report is published plus one year. Subscription emails are kept until the data subject requests removal.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@med4sups.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
The report delivery email will include an unsubscribe link.
Analytics
The survey page records only three aggregate events (view, start and submission) to compute the completion rate. No IP address or browser fingerprint is stored.
